Experience
An occasional Cadre special event: you run the quals, train with us, work skills outside the normal curriculum, and spend the off hours around the fire with the crew.
The Invite is different from the Cadre Experience. The Invite happens every year; the Experience is something we may run when the timing and crew make sense. These photos from 2024 and 2026 show the feel of the annual Invite: range time, conversations, time with the Cadre team, and a good time with people who care about getting better.
