A minimum deposit of $500 is required to hold your seat. This deposit goes toward your total course fee and confirms your commitment to the scheduled training date. We require a deposit because our classes are small and we turn away students once a class fills. The deposit makes sure every reserved seat belongs to someone who plans to show up, which keeps the experience better for everyone on the line.

Your remaining balance is due 45 days before your class start date. We send a reminder as the deadline approaches so it does not catch you off guard. If payment is not received by that date, we reserve the right to release your seat to someone on the waitlist. If you need to work out a different timeline, reach out early and we will do what we can to help you stay enrolled.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. Payments are processed securely through our website. If you have a preferred payment method that is not listed or need to split payment across multiple transactions, contact us before your balance deadline and we can usually find a way to make it work.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. The refund amount follows our cancellation timeline—full deposit if you are outside the 120-day window, partial if you have paid beyond the deposit, and rollover credit if you are inside 30 days. If you are unsure where you fall, reach out and we will give you a straight answer before you make a decision.

Life happens. If you run into a family emergency, financial difficulty, or something unexpected that affects your ability to attend, contact us as soon as possible. The earlier we hear from you, the more we can do, whether that is rolling your balance to another date or adjusting your payment timeline. Tell us early and we will work it out.

Plan on bringing a precision rifle (bolt action in .308, 6.5 Creedmoor, or similar), a quality optic, bipod, rear bag, magazines, eye and ear protection, and 200 to 400 rounds of match ammunition depending on the course. A data book or notepad is also useful. The exact list can shift with the course format, so treat the class page and your confirmation email as the final word. We cap most classes at 8 to 12 students. Small groups mean more time behind the rifle, faster correction on position and process problems, and more opportunity to ask questions while the issue is still in front of you instead of after the string is done. It also lets instructors coach to the individual shooter rather than running through generic lecture content. The goal is enough reps and direct feedback that you leave with skills you can repeat on your own.

Most in-person courses run two to three days, though we also offer single-day intensives and online webinars for specific topics. Multi-day courses give enough time to build skills progressively—day one usually focuses on fundamentals and rifle validation, with later days layering in positional work, wind, and live problem solving. We run courses at host ranges across the United States. Each venue is selected for the terrain, distances, and conditions it offers—training at different ranges matters because strong precision rifle skills need to hold up outside one familiar setup. Physical demands depend on the course. Foundation and webinar courses are primarily conducted from static or supported positions and are manageable for most fitness levels. Competition-focused courses may involve getting into and out of awkward positions, moving between stages, and shooting under time pressure, which can be physically taxing. Course descriptions note what to expect so you can judge whether a specific class fits your situation. If you have a concern about mobility or physical limitations, contact us beforehand and we will give you an honest assessment.

We train rain or shine. Part of building real precision rifle skill is learning to perform when conditions are not ideal—wind, rain, cold, and heat are all part of the equation. That said, if weather creates a genuine safety issue like lightning or dangerously low visibility, we will adjust the schedule or structure the day differently. We do not cancel lightly, and students should come prepared for the forecast. Dress in layers, bring rain gear if the weather calls for it, and expect to be outside for the duration of the training day.
