All participants must complete a background check through our trusted partner, SentryLink. The process is quick and straightforward:

- 2 Complete the required forms and submit payment ($19.95)
- 3 Receive results typically same-day (90% within 1-4 business days)
- 4 Submit confirmation to The Cadre when complete
