Cadre instructors and students training together on a precision rifle range

The Cadre Standards

A Benchmark for Every Stage

Foundation, Advanced, and Performance standards give shooters a clear way to measure what they can do now—and what they need to train next.

The standards system

Three levels. One clear progression.

Each standard belongs to a stage of the Cadre training path. Foundation is available now; Advanced and Performance remain in development and have not been released.

01 Released

The Cadre Foundation Standard

Foundation

A five-event benchmark for the mechanics, data, and field process a shooter should hold after foundational precision rifle training.

02 In development

The Cadre Advanced Standard

Advanced

The Advanced standard will measure the next layer of field problem-solving, positional work, and precision under more demanding conditions.

03 In development

The Cadre Performance Standard

Performance

The Performance standard will define the benchmark for speed, decision-making, and accountable execution at the highest level of the Cadre system.

Why standards matter

Training should leave you with evidence.

A standard turns a course into a repeatable benchmark. Run it in the same way, record the result, and use the score to decide what comes next instead of relying on how the day felt.
