Chief Urban Sniper Instructor with extensive experience in specialized tactical environments. Matt's expertise in urban operations and precision shooting brings a unique perspective to The Cadre's training programs.

Former USMC Reconnaissance community member with extensive operational experience. Jon's background in specialized operations and reconnaissance adds depth to The Cadre's comprehensive training approach.

Recon Sniper Course instructor who is now a firefighter and long time hunter. When Steve is not out shooting coyotes he serves as the Cadre's primary safety officer and brings a wealth of long range shooting experience.

Former USMC Urban Sniper instructor and EOTG instructor. Corey specialized in mission planning and now brings that same detail oriented approach to being an instructor and also the creative director of the Cadre.

USMC Scout Sniper who has several years of DoD contracting under his belt. Eric serves as both an instructor and as our small arms specialist. Eric has consulted on various rifle builds and has a wealth of experience across many firearms.

Former Scout Sniper and Marine Corps Shooting Team member, Nick Bazzone is a competitive shooter with nearly two decades of sniper operations, and training development under his belt.
