Phillip Velayo

CEO / Chief Executive Officer

Former primary marksmanship instructor at Scout Sniper School and high-ranking PRS competitor. Phillip brings precision rifle expertise and competitive shooting experience to The Cadre's training methodology.

Matt Solowynsky

COO / Chief Operating Officer

Chief Urban Sniper Instructor with extensive experience in specialized tactical environments. Matt's expertise in urban operations and precision shooting brings a unique perspective to The Cadre's training programs.

Jon Bumpus

CTO / Chief Training Officer

Former USMC Reconnaissance community member with extensive operational experience. Jon's background in specialized operations and reconnaissance adds depth to The Cadre's comprehensive training approach.

Steve Holland

Instructor

Former Recon Sniper Course instructor who is now a firefighter and long time hunter. When Steve is not out shooting coyotes he serves as the Cadre's primary safety officer and brings a wealth of long range shooting experience.

Ian Miner

Lead Instructor

Former Scout Sniper with a masters in sports management and coaching. Ian brings knowledge from the hunting side as a Wyoming hunting guide and has been teaching long range shooting for over 10 years.

Eric D'Oro

Instructor

Former USMC Scout Sniper who has several years of DoD contracting under his belt. Eric serves as both an instructor and as our small arms specialist. Eric has consulted on various rifle builds and has a wealth of experience across many firearms.

Beau Mattioda

Instructor and Special Projects Manager

Former U.S. Marine with 13 years of service and a Purple Heart from the Second Battle of Fallujah. From instructor at Academi Training Center to spearheading autonomous targetry integration across the Department of Defense — Beau makes the people and teams around him more capable, more confident, and more lethal.

Caleb Neff

Instructor

Active duty Recon Marine and former Scout Sniper and Recon Sniper Instructor. Brings current, real-world operational experience to the range and is an active competitor in the precision rifle community.

Corey Robinson

Instructor

Former USMC Urban Sniper instructor and EOTG instructor. Corey specialized in mission planning and now brings that same detail oriented approach to being an instructor and also the creative director of the Cadre.
