One of a Kind. Six Seats. Once a Year

  • There is no other event like this on our calendar, and there is no other event like it in the precision rifle space.
  • What started last year as "The Invite" has grown into something bigger. This is the first official Cadre Experience, the second time we've run it, and we're opening six slots for shooters to train alongside us at Brave Lizard while we proof our own courses of fire and curriculum.
  • Not in front of us. Alongside us. On the same line, working the same problems, getting the same reps the team is getting as we pressure-test the next layer of Cadre material.
  • Six shooters. The majority of The Cadre instructor team. Three days on the property, lodging included, with access to the team from the time the coffee's on until well after the last round of the day.
  • This is the highest instructor-to-student ratio we run, in the only format we run it. Once a year. That's it.

Who This is For

This is recommended for shooters who have already trained with us at the Foundation level or equivalent. You should have automatic prone fundamentals, consistent recoil management, clean positional transitions, and working fluency with a ballistic solver before you arrive.

If you've taken a class with us, you already know the standard. This is the next layer.Whether you're a competitor closing the gap between practice and match performance, an ethical backcountry hunter preparing for unfamiliar terrain at extended distance, or a tactical professional who needs reps against real field problems, this is the event where that gap gets closed in front of the people who built the system you're running.

This Is the Only Event Where You Train With 80% of the Team

Most precision courses put one name on the flyer and one instructor on the line. You get what that instructor can see, from where they're standing, in the time they have.

The Cadre Experience is different. You're on the line with the majority of the Cadre instructor team, all former Marine Scout Sniper Instructors, all actively competing, hunting, or running operational work. That means:

Multiple sets of trained eyes on every shot you take

Direct, personalized feedback from instructors who specialize in different aspects of the craft

No waiting in line for the one coach to rotate to you

Immediate correction on positional issues, wind calls, and process breakdowns, before they compound into bad reps

This is the highest instructor-to-student ratio we offer in any single event, and it's the most affordable way to access it. Seats are limited by design. Instructor density is the product.

Who This Course Is For

This course is for graduates of our Foundation or equivalent Level 1 training. You should have automatic prone fundamentals, consistent recoil management, clean transitions between positional shots, and working fluency with a ballistic solver.

Whether you're a proficient competitor looking to close the gap between practice and match performance, an ethical backcountry hunter preparing for unfamiliar terrain at extended distance, or a tactical professional who needs reps against real field problems instead of square-range theory, this is your course.

What's Included

On-Site Lodging. Your spot includes lodging on the property, a set of campers we use when we're out training. You don't have to leave. You don't have to figure out where to stay. You wake up where you train, and you're with the team from the time the coffee's on until well after the last round of the day.

Three Days Of Direct Feedback From Most Of The Cadre Team. Multiple Marine Scout Sniper Instructors on the line, watching your process from different angles, catching what no single coach can see from one position. The most trained eyes on your reps of any event we offer.

A Diagnosed Process. The specific weaknesses in your shot process, identified in real time and corrected before they compound. You leave with clarity on exactly what's costing you shots, and a plan for each one.

Confidence At Extended Distance. Real reps at the distances where small errors become clean misses. You stop guessing whether your system holds up past 800, and start knowing.

A Wind Reading System That Holds Up. Layered wind calls across real terrain, not square range theory. You leave reading wind the way the team reads it, with a repeatable process instead of a gut feel.

A Positional Library That Travels. Reps from natural features, obstacles, and unconventional support that you can rebuild anywhere, under time.

Process Under Compression. Your full shooting process executed cleanly under clock and environmental pressure. The gap between what you can do in practice and what you can deliver on demand, closed.

Team Engagement Capability. Live reps as shooter and spotter, with instructor feedback on both sides of the gun.

Self-Diagnostic Ability. You leave able to troubleshoot your own positional stability, process breakdowns, and equipment issues in the field, without waiting for a coach to prompt you.

Extended Ballistic Fluency. Working application of spin drift, Coriolis, and atmospherics at the distances where they actually matter.

Time With The Team Off The Line. The reps are half of it. The conversations after the last round are the other half. Gear, hunting, competition, training philosophy, whatever you want to dig into. You don't get this access at any other event we run.

The Cadre Guarantee

Train with us through Day 1.

If by the end of that day you do not feel you are getting more direct instruction, more personalized feedback, and more measurable return on your training investment than any precision rifle course you have attended before, find one of us, tell us why, and we refund you in full.

You keep what you learned. You keep the reps. We eat the cost.

We can make that guarantee because we know what happens when this team is on a line together. You will not find it anywhere else, and you will not leave disappointed.
